Maintenance:
We offer several different options for service of your HVAC systems. We offer an annual service agreement where we come before start of winter and once again in the Spring. We also offer quarterly and monthly service depending on your needs.

Listed below is a checklist of services performed:

A/C Service: should be done in the spring.
​
• Clean or replace filter
• Clean condenser coils (at outside unit
• Clear condensate drain
• Inspect blower wheel and compartment
• Check electrical connections
• Check compressor running amps
• Check fan motor running amps
• Measure temperature differentials
• Check refrigerant level during operation
• Inspect capacitors for rust and/or oil
FAU Inspection: should be done in the fall.

• Inspect combustion chamber
• Check ignition system or pilot
• Check induction fan operation
• Check for proper flow of gas and flame quality
• Check electrical connections and adjust
• Check fan motor running amps
• Measure temperature differentials
• Evaluate ductwork for proper seal
